Drop Off

Steelhead Finance will provide you with TripPak envelopes to be distributed to your drivers. After the delivery of a load, the driver will enclose the signed BOL in a filled out envelope and drop it at one of over 1,500 convenient TripPak drop box locations nationwide. TripPak envelopes are picked up daily and should be in the drop box by 2:30 PM local time.
Please note each envelope should only include the BOL and other original paperwork necessary for billing for a single load: “One Trip – One Envelope.”

You will receive an email when an image and contents are uploaded to your TripPak account and you determine if you prefer to save, export, or print the image(s) for your records.

Delivery

The original TripPak envelope and BOL(s) will be delivered to Steelhead Finance’s office the following day and will be mailed directly to your customer with your invoice and original supporting documentation.
